Very solid construction. Certainly a far step above similarly priced chairs at Staples and Costco. It's a lot easier to assemble and it's way more comfortable than I had expected. Most of the leather chairs of this quality are more expensive than this one.

This Flash Furniture High Back Black Leather Executive Office Chair has a nice feel to it. It can be adjusted for height, back tilt and seat tilt (and locked in any position).  I rarely write reviews and am hard to keep happy but this chair is outstanding, Very good height range and adjustable seating positions. I am very happy with this Chair, I am considering getting all of my office staff the same chair.

High Back Executive Chair with Pillow top Pewter was reasonable compared to other computer chairs I've assembled (12-18 minutes tops). Just needs a screw driver for the 12 screws. Chair looks great, a little taller than I had imagined. I really like it though. The cushion is firm. It gives the visual impression that it is just going to sink in and hug your body, but it is actually fairly supportive. Don't get me wrong, it's soft but not like a pillow.

Arm rests are nicely padded. I'm very happy with the overall feel. I spend many hours a day in this chair. One word.. AWESOME! This chair is so comfy!!! It's wide so your hips dont touch and long so you aren't slipping out of it. Just the way I like it. You could fall asleep in it easily. I'm 5'8ish and my head lays perfectly against the back.

Easy to put together, very comfortable, supports my large frame all day without any problems. I had another chair, but the cushioning went flat in no time. This is the way to go.
